- Please be sure to read the description on each service prior to booking as we may not be able to make any changes.
- Only children who are receiving a service are permitted in the salon. We currently provide services for children ages 5-12 at this time.

Braiding services: If you are booking a braiding service that requires extensions, please be sure to purchase the correct hair. We prefer Xpression hair, but any hair that you purchase MUST be Kanekalon. Failure to bring the proper hair may result in a reschedule or cancellation of your service. Also, please come with washed, conditioned + blowdried hair or add our Braid Prep service as an add-on.
- Some services (like extensions) require a consultation prior to booking. Please use the request link on our booking page to send a request to book this service. We will then contact you to setup a consultation. You can also just book a consultation as well.
- Space is limited at our pop-up location. Please refrain from bringing guests to your appointment.
PAYMENTS + CANCELLATIONS

Credit Card Required: A credit card is required to book all appointments. This allows you to have access to online booking 24/7! You will be prompted to input your credit card details through our booking app on Styleseat, a secure site. We do not charge your card at the time you book the appointment.

Payments: We accept all credit cards/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and you can also pay in cash on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations: You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows. Booking your appointment means that you agree with this policy.

We currently use Styleseat to book all appointments. You will be taken from our website to the Styleseat booking app. Just choose your desired appointment (and don't forget any add-ons).
